1. Non-Returnable Items
All press-on nails are handmade, customized, and made-to-order; therefore, they are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is an error on our part.
This policy ensures the integrity and hygiene of our products.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:
A detailed description of the issue.
Photos of the damaged or incorrect items and packaging.
We will evaluate the claim and offer a resolution, such as a replacement or partial refund, depending on the circumstances.
3. Order Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, production begins, and cancellations are no longer possible.
4. Lost or Delayed Packages
My Nails R Me is not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the shipping carrier. However, we will assist in resolving the issue by contacting the carrier or filing a claim.
